I like to work out to anything with a good beat from all genres, but right now my preference is “Devil” by Shinedown.

What’s your guilty pleasure?
Probably snacks or snacking…let’s be real – it’s candy and sweets.
Do you play any sports?
I enjoy pretty much any and all sports.
Cats or dogs?
I like all animals and God’s creatures, except yellow flies and cockroaches.
What is your favorite way to sweat?
While I enjoy working out, a good ole’ sauna by steam or infrared is really relaxing and rejuvenating.
What is your favorite piece of fitness equipment?
Probably dumbbells (no pun intended), the number of exercises you can do with them is only limited by your imagination.
