What type of New Years Resolution person are you?

What type of person are you? Goal crusher or goal avoider. No matter what type you are, check out some of the tips to help improve your life.

If your goals are weight oriented:

  • Drink half your weight in ounces of water every single day.
  • Write down everything that you eat.
  • DO NOT WEIGH YOURSELF. If your pants are loose you lost weight!
  • Find something you like doing that gets your heart rate up and do more of it! 

If your goals are life oriented: 

  • Write the goals down and put it on your fridge or your mirror. 
  • Ask a friend to HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE for these goals. 
  • Do a little towards the goal every single day. 
  • Do yoga or meditation. Even is that is just taking 5 minutes a day to sit in silence and just focus on your breath. TRY IT!!!

If your goals are financially oriented:

  • Write down everything you buy and add it up everyday, even online purchases. 
  • CUT OUT at least one monthly subscription. 
  • Let your friends know you are on a budget so instead of going out for drinks maybe you stay in and have regular game nights!
